Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
Customers may request a refund or exchange if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the product is defective.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method, depending on the order type.
Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, we will arrange a replacement after verification of product images and order details.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
